Traditional Approaches
Too often, solutions to social challenges are designed externally, imposed from the top down, and disconnected from the people who understand the problems best. Knowledge stays static in reports. Engagement is extractive. Learning remains theoretical.
The KESI Approach
KESI puts people closest to challenges at the heart of developing solutions. We practise collaborative, non-extractive engagement where learning happens through action and reflection. Knowledge transforms into practical outcomes that communities and organisations actually use.
